Biography:

Brittany Conner is a dynamic trial lawyer who has successfully litigated a variety of cases in a variety of states including North Carolina, South Carolina and Massachusetts. She frequently represents families who have lost a loved one and people who have been seriously hurt. She helps clients hold accountable those that caused them harm. Brittany is committed to getting to the root cause of the system failures that injure people and preventing future harm by achieving the best results for her clients.

In addition to injury claims, Brittany represents victims of civil rights violations by frequently prosecuting constitutional claims against municipalities, prisons, and state government. She also handles home and business insurance coverage disputes, HOA disputes, construction litigation, eminent domain, complex commercial landlord/tenant disputes and business disputes. Brittany has also argued cases in North Carolina and Massachusetts Court of Appeals.

Brittany has tried or settled many matters in excess of $1 million dollars, including but not limited to: recent negligence settlements in excess of $1M in 2021 and 2023; resolving an eminent domain and commercial lease matter in excess of $1M in 2022; and resolving a property damage and negligence claim for $6M in 2023.

Combined with her work as a practicing attorney, Brittany has over a decade of legal experience with some of the country’s top law firms, as well as the United States District Attorney’s Office.

One of Brittany’s most notable cases includes advocating on behalf of a fan struck by a foul ball in an unprotected section of Fenway Park. The Red Sox believed they were virtually immune from protecting fans from dangerous foul balls. Brittany helped challenge the Red Sox interpretation of the law and assisted in defeating motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment filed by the Boston Red Sox. As a result of this case, the Court ordered the Red Sox have a legal duty to protect fans from unreasonably dangerous foul balls in sections of the ballpark where the fans deserve protection.

Outside of the courtroom Brittany is a trained focus group moderator and has consulted on dozens of personal injury cases. Her studies in human behavior and heuristics uniquely equips her with insight into formulating persuasive arguments.

Brittany believes that her duty does not end when we secure justice for those that are damaged by the negligent and malicious acts of others. Equally important is learning from the prevention lessons of the case and formulating public awareness to prevent future injuries and damages.

Brittany looks forward to meeting those that need her representation and is dedicated to working for the best possible outcome for each client.
